Barbara Guidi Kohler

Barbara has over 30 years of experience growing profitable private and public companies. She

has operational expertise in B2B and B2C organizations.

As a Partner at FSI, Barbara leverages her operational capabilities and strategic analysis to drive

client growth. Her healthcare clients include Fortune 20 public companies, private companies

and investment firms. Stakeholder expertise covers payers, providers and patients.

Her healthcare segment areas of focus are digital health, healthcare technology,

healthcare delivery systems, and research/innovation/commercialization.

Previously, Barbara was COO of an AI diagnostic company, 3Derm, which was successfully

acquired in 2020. Prior to that she was a senior leader at athenahealth in operational efficiency,

enterprise sales and strategic partnerships. Earlier in her career, Barbara was a manager at The

Boston Consulting Group.

Barbara has developed business expertise in strategy, AI/ML & data insights, P&L management, business development, sales, marketing, client success, post-merger integration, global expansion, technology, and talent management. Her experience covers both succeeding in fiercely competitive global markets and creating new markets. Industry sector experience includes Healthcare, Technology, AI/ML, Research/Innovation/Commercialization, Defense, Consumer Products, Financial Services and Professional Services.

Barbara previously served on the Board of Directors of the Harvard Business School Alumni

Association and WaterHero, a retail home protection system. She is actively involved with

several volunteer organizations.
